Many districts have not been completed. Currently South
Carolina is the most complete state with coverage in every district.
The other states only have a list of candidates
with links to their web sites handled either through this
web site or by linking to another web site, Politics1.com.
For this project to have the most success,
the grassroots will have to create unique content by acting
as reporters. Currently the reaction to the project is being
assessed. If activists start to record question and
answer sessions with candidates then the next step will be
to work on
states with late primary elections.
Detailed profiles will be completed in these states next.
This web site currently has two purposes. One is to help voters
make informed decisions. The other is to present the concept to
grassroots groups that they can make a bigger difference by acting
as reporters. This is explained further under "The Plan" and "How
to Help" web pages. If you are an activist, please read
these sections.

A feature the CongressOfHope.com is proud of is
our Project Vote Smart ratings.
Thanks to watchdog groups it is possible to rate incumbents
consistently on four issues. That is why you will see the
following ratings for most every Congressional and Senate race
that has an incumbent running for re-election.
Incumbents are rated on each of the four issues shown
below with one of the five options in
blue.
